* We will supply you with artwork templates to assist in the on-body design.

* The design artwork can be sent by e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

* If you require data to be pre-loaded either: send a CDR by Royal Mail "Special Delivery" or we can accept this by e-mail or FTP

* Complete the USB Makers Purchase Order or supply your company’s official Purchase Order. This order MUST be signed. We require full details of your invoice / delivery address, telephone number etc. including your required payment method on the PO. Also Sign and return our Terms and Conditions

* Complete the 'Copyright Indemnification Form’ ONLY if data is to be pre-loaded onto the drives.

Terms of Payment
We require 50% of the total invoice (including vat) on placing the order, with the remaining 50% payable on the day we ship the goods to you.

Payment Methods (there are 3 options)

• Credit / Debit Cards: A member of or staff will contact you for your Credit/Debit card details.
• There is a 2% surcharge for payments made by Credit Card, There is No charge for Debit Cards.
• Cheque: Goods will only be dispatched against cleared funds.
• Bank Transfer: Funds should be received in full prior to dispatch of your order

Delivery
Lead-time is 5-10 working days depending on the time of year. The time starts from receipt of your purchase order and all parts (Artwork / Design and Data)
